Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic, part-time Receptionist to join our busy hospital for 25 hours per week. You will be required to cover main Reception and Outpatient Reception, as required.
• Work as part of a team providing a reception service across both Main Reception and Outpatient Reception including being the initial point of contact.
• Answering telephone calls and redirecting as appropriate
• Book in patients for their appointments.
• Meet and greet in an open and welcoming manner.
• Work to a shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
• Prioritise workload on a daily basis
• Use various computer systems including Microsoft Office and Medway
