Summary

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £50-£70/hr Umbrella
Location: Devonport
Hours of work: 36 hours Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Ability to gain SC
- Experience managing projects in a design arena
- Experience in highly complex multifunctional buildings such as hospitals or high rise buildings
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with NEC4 contracts
Ideally applicants should also have:
- APM qualification
Role information:
- Assist the technical and project team in the development of work packages
- Provide input to cost and budget monitoring
- Liaise with stakeholders and develop a smooth method of communication
- Manage works documentation
- Identify and remedy potential risks
- Ensure health and safety standards and procedures are adhered to
