Summary


We are looking for a clinical business change analysts to join our Sunrise Electronic Patient Record (EPR) team, we are flexible on hours between 25-37.5 hours per week. This is an exciting time to join the Trust and be involved in a programme that will direct and shape the future of clinical IT systems within MTW.

We are looking for analysts to play an essential role in the safe and effective design of the Trust EPR system to meet the needs of our clinical staff whilst transforming patient care. We are looking to recruit candidates with a range of experiences. While a clinical background or previous experience in computing sciences is desirable, an interest in IT, hospital procedures and patient safety is essential. You will need an analytical mind, a focus on attention to detail, be able to work independently in an organised yet flexible manner and have excellent communication skills.

These posts will be responsible for co-designing the system working in conjunction with the rest of the business change team, clinicians and other stakeholders, to design new processes to support the transition from paper to electronic records as well as enhancements to the current Sunrise documentation. You will work within the team alongside suppliers to an agreed framework, reporting to the Digital Transformation lead to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.

You will also need to travel Trust-wide to meet with our clinical services on a regular basis to deliver the EPR Programme as well as being able to work from home via a virtual environment. In addition this opportunity lends itself ideally to secondments and applicants are encouraged to apply but please ensure you have sought your manager/organisation’s support before applying.
