Summary

Production Operative | Boroughbridge, York | Full Time - 40 hour week Monday to Thursday 8.00 – 17.00 with an early finish on Friday, 8.00 - 14.30 | £24,000 - £25,500 depending on experience

They are a manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience, nestled near Boroughbridge, just off the A1. Their bespoke products, crafted with love and care, range from cubicles to washrooms, vanity units, and lockers.

Serving various sectors including schools, sports facilities, healthcare centres, and more, they're proud to offer a professional fitting service nationwide.

As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in every step of the process, from design consultation to manufacturing and installation. Your primary responsibilities will include operating production equipment, assembling products, managing incoming deliveries, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a tidy and safe workspace.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Forklift license or willingness to learn
• Valid driver's licence

What will your role look like?

• Operate production equipment according to company procedures
• Assemble products to customer specifications
• Handle incoming deliveries and process paperwork
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace
• Complete necessary paperwork, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Occasionally support the Installation Department with on-site work
