Are you looking for a fulfilling role supporting those with complex needs?

We are looking for Support Workers to care for individuals in your local area. You will need to have at least 6 months experience working in a professional support environment. You will need to be friendly and approachable and support individuals to live the happiest and best life possible.
Your role will include daily activities, cleaning and personal care, leisure and shopping trips and promoting personal independence.

Support Worker: The Role
• Assisting service users with their day to day lives.
• Assisting service users on activities and outings.
• Encouraging service users to remain independent and respecting their dignity always.
• Providing person centred care.
• Domestic duties.
• Following care plans.
Support Worker: The Job Requirements
· At least 6 months experience working in a supported living environment.
· Experience giving personal care to both female and male service users.
· Experience with people with Stoma
· Knowledge and experience of moving & handling.
· Knowledge and experience giving medication.
· Preferably drivers
· Valid training certificates.
· Enhanced DBS (preferably registered online).
