Summary
Retail Supervisor - Do you have a passion for sales and thrive in a fast paced branch? Then this role could be for you, you will be involved in all aspects of the business from visiting customers, to covering a trade desk, delivering of equipment and processing of orders. This role is commutable from Ampthill, Luton, Flitwick, Leighton Buzzard, Hitchin, Bedford and similar towns.
As the Retail Supervisor, you will be joining a national company who has been within the construction business for the last 90+ years! Providing expert advice, with the best quality of building materials and tools on the market. They provide in house training for staff, and have recently won an award for 2023! Now is the time to join and become part of the team as a retail supervisor.
Other responsibilities of the Retail Supervisor will include:
• Managing a trade desk
• Building relationships with regular customers to improve sales
• Invoicing/invoicing queries, processing orders and creating damage reports.
• Assisting with deliveries and collections of various types of tools and small plant machinery.
• Visiting customers on site.
• Responsible for health and safety in the depot
• Ensure customers are kept updated with their orders
• Generate revenue for the business and inspire team members.
