excellent customer service? LED Group is seeking individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping
others. As a Front of House team member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every member and visitor feels welcomed and
valued during their visit. With your proactive attitude and attention to detail, you'll contribute to creating memorable
experiences for our patrons.




How to Excel?




To excel in this role, embrace the opportunity to engage with members and visitors face to face, over the phone, and online.
Familiarise yourself with the centre’s activities, facilities, and membership options to effectively assist customers and address
inquiries. Adhere to LED's Customer Service Guidelines and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Take advantage of
training opportunities and attend meetings and reviews as required to enhance your skills and knowledge. With a commitment to
delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond, you'll thrive in our dynamic team environment.
