Summary
WR Fundraising Recruitment is delighted to be working with The Green House charity, who provide specialist support for children, young people and families living in Avon and Somerset on their exciting and newly created Head of Fundraising role.
The new Head of Fundraising will be leading on income generation, your main focus will be Trust and Foundations, whilst developing and implementing the new strategy. Whilst this is a senior role, the Head of Fundraising won’t mind getting stuck in and supporting the team with statutory income, and wider ad hoc fundraising opportunities. We are looking for someone with a creative mindset to broaden the pool of fundraisers, and have a real passion to grow the charity, due to the nature of the charity.
This is a critical role for the team and you will take the lead on building and managing key relationships with existing funders, and ensuring top stewardship. Working with the CEO and the board, your aim will be to increase the charity’s growth by identifying and securing new sources of Trust and Foundation income.
