Summary
Exciting opportunity to work in a small supported living home in Southsea.
Part time Support Worker - 22.5 hours per week
You will be supporting two young men to live fulfilling lives. The young men are looking for an additional support worker, to join their established team - you will be proactive, engaging and person centred.

Shift pattern is Monday- Friday 07:00-09:00 then 15:30-21:00
Weekends/bank holidays full days 07:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00
