Summary
Sales Training Manager
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Training Manager to join our Commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of sales and FCA related training materials along with providing oversight on training completion to key stakeholders. Reporting to the National Sales Manager the Sales Training Manager will develop, enhance and monitor the training and support we provide to funeral directors. They will also be responsible for developing and managing the content of all mandatory e-Learning modules the business identifies for Funeral Director and otherexternal delegates.

You’ll be the perfect person for us if:
You are educated to GCSE level or equivalent and in possession of good grades in English and Maths
You have Understanding of FCA requirements
Have proven capacity to coach internal and external stakeholders with clear results
Have previous experience of executing the full training cycle
Proven experience in designing & creating new training courses & materials
Have Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft packages; Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Desirable Qualification:
● CIPD level 5 or CITP qualification
