Summary


We are recruiting foraRegistered Nurse who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS within the Intensive Care Unit. A desire to learn and a commitment to delivering high standards of care are essential. Previous experience of Critical Care nursing in the NHS is desired. A competency based education programme will be commenced for all staff and this will be thoroughly supported by both mentors and our Clinical Nurse educator, who is based within the unit.

Provide a high quality standard of care for patients in an environment conducive to learning for all staff.

To ensure that relationships and own behaviour is managed in line with the Trust’s competencies.

Take charge of the ward/ clinical unit in the absence of the Sister/ Charge Nurse/ Team Leader and deputy.

Act as an advocate for patients at all time, to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered.
