Summary
New College are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to complement our friendly catering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented chef to further develop their culinary skills and engage in a wide range of cooking styles within our modern & fully equipped kitchen.
Chefs. Chefs with a strong interest in Pastry are also encouraged to apply
A commitment to produce high quality cuisine in a busy kitchen environment is essential along with a positive professional attitude
• Salary: £27,181 to £29,605 (discretionary range to £31,396)
• Plus August annual salary increase in line with national agreement
• 40 hours per week working five out seven days with regular alternate weekends off
• Mainly straight shifts if required with focus on positive work/ life balance
• 30 days holiday including the festive period, plus bank holidays
• Training opportunities
• Generous contributory pension scheme, meals on duty, uniform provided & laundered, cycle to work scheme, bus/ train pass scheme
