Summary
The Warehouse Depot Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Operational Site Lead in management of warehouse processes. Specifically relating to:
Monitor key KPIs daily to ensure consistent performance to required targets.
Monitor, achieve, and deliver on all depot budget requirements.
Continuously identify areas for improvement, propose and implement robust solutions.
Effectively manage all depot processes, including ensuring compliance to appropriate Health & Safety and Security procedures.
Communicate performance effectively, both internally and externally, through maintaining records and producing reports.
Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members.
Plan and manage work rotas, through assessing depot capacity and individual sorters performance.
Drive efficient working environment through maintaining depot cleanliness and equipment.
