What will I be doing?

The SEO Manager will drive organic growth through implementing SEO best-practice, including technical optimisation, content production and ongoing outreach. You will monitor and report on rankings, creating and meeting targets for traffic growth and resulting bookings. A highly-collaborative role, you will work closely with colleagues, most notably the Digital Content Manager and Copywriter, the Digital Product team, and the PR & Social Media Manager.

What are we looking for?

  • A SEO expert, used to working in a fast-paced business
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest SEO techniques, with experience of what works well and pitfalls to avoid, as well as SERP and algorithm changes
  • An appreciation for what makes content on-brand and great to read, as well as optimised for SEO
  • Strong Google Analytics skills
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using SEO monitoring tools
  • Extensive experience of managing SEO activity for medium to large businesses, overseeing technical optimisation, content production and outreach/digital-PR
  • Work closely with colleagues in other teams to ensure that we are executing SEO best-practise
  • Strong communicator who can share complex data effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • This role is the lead for SEO so needs to be confident in representing it in key meetings and conversations
  • Highly analytical, with deep understanding of optimisation techniques
