What will I be doing?

  • The purpose of this role is to manage, optimise and scale our Paid Social and Programmatic digital channels to achieve target ROAS and tariff/revenue volume.
  • The primary objective is to drive incremental new guests to Warner Hotels at an efficient cost per booking/ROAS.
  • The secondary objective is to deploy the channels in most efficient and effective ways to support trading and commercial priorities.
  • The role is suitable for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual, who enjoys devising and executing channel strategies and tactics.
  • We are looking for someone with significant Paid Social and Programmatic experience and who is up to date with the latest best practice in managing and optimising the channels.
  • This role will manage a significant budget and be comfortable in working to commercial targets and KPIs
  • We are looking for a senior specialist responsible for the strategy and the hands-on execution for these channels, and is confident and adept at both optimising performance and sharing analysis with senior stakeholders

What we are looking for?

  • A Paid Social and Programmatic expert, used to working in a fast-paced business.
  • Strong technical, hands-on Paid Social and Programmatic management and experience using a range of platforms to best mange the channels.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic media and YouTube advertising
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and the role of Paid Social and Programmatic within it
  • 5+ years of managing activity across Paid Social and Programmatic, and budgets of significant size.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of using the channel management platforms
  • Develops strong functional relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ability to plan budgets and produce forecasts.
  • Experience in DV360 as well as other DSPs e.g. Quantcast
  • Experience in Meta and Pinterest ads managers.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong Google Analytics skills
  • Understanding of digital attribution
  • Knowledge of Creative production and what makes a good ad in each area.
  • Experience with google tag manager.
