Summary

Reward Partner – Pensions & Benefits
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) –50% of time spent in office each week

We’re looking for a Reward Partner to join the Reward, Policy & People Services team, to provide specialist Reward knowledge and insights that are critical to supporting the delivery of the overall business plan, as part of the People Plan. There are some key business projects in the People Plan for this year that the Reward team will play a key role in.

This role will focus on the development of benefits,pensions and reward policy, supporting the overall Reward strategy for the whole of Bourne Leisure – both the Haven and Warner Hotels brands.

You will research, design, implement, and manage, benefits, policies, along with supporting cyclical Reward and People Services activities.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Supporting development and communication of our Total Reward offering and our EVP
- Designing, implementing, managing, and reviewing benefits, pensions, reward policies and all associated employee communications - Acting as project lead on the feasibility, proposals, approvals and implementation of benefits and other Reward activities - Partnering with teams across the business to ensure we’re offering Reward initiatives that are fit for purpose and aligning with business needs.
- Managing third party providers including contract management, market reviews and tender processes

What we’d like you to bring:
- Strong, broad Reward expertise, ideally gained from a hospitality or retail business.
- Practical, hands-on Reward delivery experience, with a particular focus on benefits and policy
- Strong analytical and scenario modelling skills, including advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate into meaningful information for others.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to present credibly to Senior Leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills
