Summary
We are recruiting for an Audiology Administrator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
As an Assistant Administrator you will work under direct or indirect supervision providing administration support to the service.
Often working independently, you will work with the administration team to help book appointments, check patients in and take telephone calls.
You may have to contact other departments in the Hospital including the Ear, Nose and Throat Secretaries, Central Appointments, the Speech and Language team and other Audiology departments.
Interviews to be held on the week commencing on 15th April, the exact date to be confirmed later.

Dealing with incoming referrals, ensuring information is added appropriately to the relevant system
Booking appointments into clinics as directed by the clinician.
Sending relevant communications to patients about their appointment (letter, text system)
Checking patients in for the appointment and providing any relevant information prior to or after their appointment
Booking any follow up appointments as required
Receiving phone call enquiries from patients, relative or professionals
Managing enquiries received via email and ensuring each is dealt with appropriately.
Dealing with and logging incoming post, including hearing aid repair requests.
Liaise with Audiology clinicians as required
Liaise with other departments as necessary
