Summary

Construction Department Faculty Administrator FTE 0.5782 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Salary – £12,211 to £12,723 (Pro rata of £21,120 - £22,006)
The main purpose of this role is to deliver confidential administrative support to our faculty area and provide a positive student experience to all our learners. As the Faculty Administrator you will liaise with the Student Administration department to ensure compliance and consistency with college administrative systems. In an extremely varied role, demanding a good general education, a high level of proficiency In Microsoft Office and the Google suite. A minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience is essential. Experience of working in an educational organisation is desirable, but the ability to work with 16-19 year olds is essential. The role is made up of 25hrs and the successful candidates will need to work Monday – Friday (every day). There is flexibility around the start and end times for the five days, to be agreed.
