More About the Role

As a Clayton Park production operative, you will be an integral part of our focused & energetic team, striving to achieve optimum
levels of machine efficiency & product quality. Our job covers all areas of production from the start of the process i.e., machine
set up, machine operation, quality-checking products & all the way through to the final clean down.



Could you lead & motivate a small team of bakery assistants to manufacture our range of savoury products? As a positive and
organised leader, you will be required to run a production line making products to Company specifications. You will follow
directives from Production Supervisors & the Production Manager to ensure everything is of the highest quality.



Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

* Carry out tasks in accordance with departmental processes (SOPs, QAS etc.)
* Guaranteeing all manufacturing & traceability paperwork is accurate & correct.
* General housekeeping, clean as you go policy
* Comply with all health & safety policies.
* Some heavy lifting (15kg manual handling.)
* Motivate team members & some training of new team members.
* Reporting on your daily performance & any quality issues.
* Handling of raw materials for production.



A Few Things About You

* To be positive and organised individual, capable of working in a team environment or on their own initiative
* To be able to prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines
* To be a positive and organised individual
* Level 2 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given
* Experience of working in a similar environment is also desirable
