Summary
About The Role
At OCS Group, we are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Burton on Trent, you will provide a high standard of Supervision to the onsite team and to provide an efficient administration support to a key contract, the undertaking of inspections and checks to help maintain and deliver a high quality of service to the contract and to ensure that the team are working productively and safely at all times. You will be working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, on a permanent full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week. Main Duties and Responsibilities :- Organise rotas.
- Manage equipment and stock levels.
- Recruitment and staff training
- Work with the customer to address any specific requirements or concerns.
- Supervise quality control procedures to ensure that high standards are maintained.
- Assist in investigation and disciplinary processes.
- To identify opportunities for continuous improvement and for savings where possible
- Full UK driving license.
- IT literate with experience in word, outlook and excel.
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work as part as a team and to be self-motivated.
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a related environment and strong people management skills.
