Summary
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our small banking hub team in Haslemere.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Proactively complete all transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to assist customers.
Build strong connections with the local community.
Maintain a high level of numeracy and exceptional accuracy in your work.
Provide outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in Post office or Banking Counter Clerk role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and strong organisational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer payments
- A positive outlook and confident nature.
**Additional Requirements**:
Candidates must provide five years of continuous referencing.
Consent to undergo a criminal record check is mandatory.
