We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of Maths to join our highly successful department. We are seeking to appoint a skilled and inspirational Teacher who forms effective relationships with students and has the drive to ensure our students receive the best possible learning opportunities.
We are looking for a teacher to teach our top set students who is dynamic, forward thinking and inspiring. An outstanding classroom practitioner with a real passion for your subject. You will have the ability to excite able students, along with being able to explain complex ideas with clarity.
We are extremely ambitious for our students and have a strong vision to ensure that the life chances of every young person are enhanced by quality teaching, leading to excellent outcomes. In addition, we work to ensure Regents Park is a caring environment where all children are made to feel welcome and in which they are given the best possible opportunities to succeed.
Every student receive 5 lessons of Maths teaching per week in KS4 and 4 lessons per week at KS3. Our new and innovative KS3 curriculum that we are currently delivering sees numeracy embedded in all subjects that students undertake. We are developing exciting programmes that enhance students’ opportunities to study Maths.
All classrooms in the Maths department are based together. All teachers have their own room, equipped an ineractive screen, and every teacher receives a laptop. We offer all members of staff a full induction programme and significant opportunities to develop their expertise. Colleagues at the school work together to support each other and we have an active wellbeing focus.
A recruitment allowance is available for an exceptional candidates and the governing body is committed to rewarding high quality practice and performance through pay and opportunity for progression
