I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national facilities management company for a HVAC supervisor to cover a major British multinational retailer across the Lancashire area.

Duties of the HVAC Supervisor:

• Supervise HVAC technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Schedule and assign work orders to HVAC technicians based on priority and workload.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, troubleshooting complex HVAC issues as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to assess performance and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule HVAC maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
• Monitor inventory levels of HVAC parts and supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Train new HVAC technicians on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for optimizing HVAC system performance and energy efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems promptly and professionally.
