Summary
Job One- Property Clearance Operatives- Nottingham- X2 Jobs Available
Property Clearance Operatives are needed as close to the NG5 area as possible (that's where the depo is based)
The job duties and candidates are below and the jobs are working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.
Duties will include:
- To drive the team van when required.
- All associated tasks as requested by the supervisor.
- To drive the team van when required.
- Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens. after the tenant has vacated the property.
- Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind.
- Remove any other items left behind by tenant.
- Remove all furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains & blinds from customer properties.
- Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from the garden.
- Trim back hedges and grassed garden areas
- Remove any debris left in gardens/tards/driveways.
- Deliver and retrieve security keys.
- Remove all old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from customer properties.
- Remove needles, bodily fluids & other contaminated objects on occasions when needed.
- To continually update the call centre during jobs where needed
Extra Information
The job requires work inside and outside in all type of weather, initially, cleaning and clearing as per assigned jobs and take away for disposal at the recycling centres.
You will be trained and developed over time to fulfil a whole range of duties in line with all the services we offer, which could include fitting steel, responding to mobile alarms, mould eradication, pest control, garden work and any other services from our clients diverse client base.
A drivers licence is essential
Hours of Work - 40 hours a week, overtime and being on standby is required as and when needed.
These roles are for 3 to 6 months and could become permanent if all goes well and this often does happen
Training will be provided
Immediate starts available
Candidates must have a driving licence and must be reliable and hard workers
The pay rate is up to £11.94 at the moment, however this will increase from 1st April

Job Two- Property Cleaning Operatives- Nottingham- X2 Jobs Available
The role is to clean void and occupied properties to customer specification.
The job duties and candidates are below and the jobs are working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.
Responsibilities:
- Clean all areas including stairs, landing
- Cleaning of kitchen and bathroom areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Damp, dust and polish dry all applicable areas.
- Wipe clean all light switches and contact points - handrails / door handles etc
- Spot clean as appropriate all walls.
- Remove any cobwebs.
- Ensuring the property is cleaned to customer specification.
Hours of Work - 40 hours a week, overtime and being on standby is required as and when needed.
