What we're looking for:
- Experience of working in care, education and / or health settings
- possess a relevant teaching qualification
- A proven track record of making a positive impact on the teaching, learning and assessment of students and demonstrate the various pedagogical approaches
- Must either demonstrate and / or be willing to learn about the various policy contexts associated within early years and education
- Work collaboratively in a team of specialist lecturers to plan, teach and assess work-based students on a range of programmes.
- Work flexibly as a team member to engage with a range of teaching and other activities across the college.
- This will include alternate Saturday mornings and 1 evening a week over a 30-week programme delivery.
