Summary


This post is for one full-time 12 month Fixed Term Contract and one full-time 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Working from Wayside house -this role is not hybrid.

There are 2 roles available 1x12months and 1x6 months.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our admin team.

The post holder will play an important role within the wider Neurodevelopmental service admin team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers along with supporting patients. You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include, data inputting, telephone queries, care records management, scanning and filing.

We are looking for an individual with a positive and compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.

The essential requirements of this post are good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail.
