Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly, well-organised, forward-thinking practice based in central Reading. We are looking for either a newly qualified or experienced GP for a minimum of 4 sessions per week (up to a maximum of 8) to join our team. £10.5-13.5k per session based on experience (4 hours 10 minutes per session) Defined Workload per session (the job plan will be agreed based on experience) including:- o 16 patients per session o Management of own self-generated administration (including own path/docman) o Fixed share of lab and pathology reports (maximum 20 per day) o Fixed share of maximum 15 Docman Fair share of home visiting (noting that this is a low visiting practice, with less than two visits per month) NHS Pension 6-week's annual leave plus bank holiday allowance 1-week of study leave allowance Comprehensive induction and mentoring/ development through our competency framework for GPs.
