Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst at OADIGITALS, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations to address business challenges and opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Certificate).
