Manchester City Centre, hybrid

We're looking for a Supplier Contact Lead to join our Source to Pay team within Co-op Business Services (CBS). In this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We'll look to you to manage and report on service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and making sure the team are working effectively to document processes on a day-to-day basis. You'll support our contact management team to make sure we have the right resource to cover and provide a brilliant service across all our contact services.

What you'll do

  • Manage the team's resources to make sure accurate and timely responses and actions are delivered to supplier queries
  • Work with other areas of source to pay and the wider CBS team to make sure our suppliers get a great level of service
  • Support the team as a referral point on supplier queries
  • Manage, document, and resolve any escalations from the team within the set SLA's
  • Make sure SLA's and KPI's are managed and understood by the team
  • Oversee the quality of the responses and resolutions on the supplier portal
  • Assess and improve the controls within the processes to make sure that any risks are managed and negated

This role would suit people who have

  • Experience in managing workload, a team and keeping to and reporting on SLA's and KPI's
  • The ability to influence and manage internal and external partner relationships
  • A strong continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in delivering against timescales and deadlines
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
