Aztec West, Bristol, Satellite Delivery Centre, Bridgwater, Hybrid, minimum of 3 days a week in office, with occasional travel to other locations when required.

Opportunity…
We are currently looking to recruit a MD’s Office Analyst who will provide a holistic and strategic overview of the HPC project and its functions.
The team ensures that the first line of assurance processes is established and adhered to, and reports back to HPC's Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and EDF UK.

What you’ll be doing…

- Assist with the development of the HPC non-nuclear compliance map.
- Support independent assessment reviews on areas of non-nuclear regulatory risk.
- Monitor the effective implementation of required changes.
- Prepare presentations for the report findings to be shared with the HPC Risk & Audit sub-committee of the GenCo Board.
- Co-ordinate elements of external assessments on the project
- Supporting standalone activities or initiatives within the Finance Directorate
- Providing cover and support for other areas of the MDs Office as requiredWho you are…

- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Strong written communication skills (presentations, reports)
- Discretion, emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Three A-levels at grade C or above, or equivalent
- GCSE English at Grade C or above, or equivalent
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience of effective stakeholder managementYou may also have any of the following:

- Understanding of the energy industry
- Understanding of construction or nuclear power station operations
- Experience of working in a regulated and/or energy environmentClosing Date: 27th February 2024
