Position Overview:
The Programme Analyst is a key member of our IT and Project Management team, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and success of complex programmes and projects within The Lylod's Group. The role involves analytical support, programme planning, stakeholder communication, and ensuring the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of programme and project plans, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
• Perform detailed analysis of programme objectives, requirements, and risks, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project activities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of programmes and projects, identifying any issues or risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Support the Programme Manager in stakeholder management, ensuring timely and effective communication of project status and developments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices within The Lylod's Group.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Programme Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role, preferably in relevant industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide concise analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
