Job description

The role of CNC Programmer, setter operator will include the following duties:

⦁ Programming/ Set & operate 3 / 4 axis Milling machines with Fanuc controls.
⦁ Producing precision parts to within the specified tolerances
⦁ First Principal Inspection using measuring technique (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges etc.)
⦁ Competency in interpreting engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
⦁ Experience with working on small / medium / large parts
⦁ Work to meet schedule adherence
⦁ Experience of understanding of working to ISO9001 standards and to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
⦁ The above list of tasks is not exhaustive, and the CNC Miller may be required to undertake duties as may be reasonably expected. All employees are required to be flexible and co-operative in order to assist in meeting business needs.


The ideal Candidate will:


⦁ Have a minimum of 3 Years CNC Milling experience with Fanuc controls
⦁ HAAS / Hartford / Doosan knowledge Preferable
⦁ CAD/CAM Programming desirable but not essential
⦁ Have an Enthusiastic Attitude
⦁ Have attention to detail
⦁ Excellent problem solving skills
⦁ Excellent communicator
⦁ Team Player
⦁ Motivated
