Summary

Are you highly organised? Do you have experience of working within a learning support environment? Buckinghamshire College Group are looking to recruit an Administrator - SEND - the base campus for this role is- Aylesbury Campus, with regular travel to our Amersham and Wycombe campus and working hours are 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain up to date online and hard copy filing systems in order to ensure the College meets inspection standards as per JCQ guidelines.
  • Make online applications to exam boards for exam access arrangements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as tutors, learning support staff, students and LSAs.
  • Schedule Annual Reviews for EHCP Coordinators.
  • Answer or distribute enquires received via the Learning Support Inbox.
