About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our project working on an 80km stretch of the HS2 line. This position will be based at our Milton Keynes, Chipping Warden, Greatworth and Southam offices.

In this role, you can see yourself proactively sourcing new candidates from a range of sources including jobsites and social media. You'll need to coordinate the recruitment process which includes raising requisitions, writing job advertisements, searching and speaking to candidates and arranging interviews.

You'll need to screen candidates to understand where they may fit into our business whilst also building and maintaining strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and the HR teams.

You will need to utilise our recruitment system to ensure our work is kept organised and we have tracked the candidate journey through our process. You'll also need to work collaboratively with the rest of the Recruitment Team to contribute towards identifying and implementing improvements to our process.

This position will require you to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, external stakeholders, site delivery teams, supply chain, HR Business Partners and the wider people team.

You'll also need to assist in the organisation and coordination of specific recruitment events as required.

About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in the direct sourcing of candidates and high volume recruitment in an internal recruitment team or a leading recruitment organisation
- Experience and working knowledge of the Civil Engineering or Construction industry
- It is essential that you have a good understanding of employment law and its relation to recruitment and selection
- You must be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload
