The post-holder will work to support the Undergraduate Department to complete administration tasks to support activity across the Trust.

The post holder will assist in providing an efficient, effective and comprehensive administration and clerical support service.

Assist in the allocation of mentors, supervisors etc for medical students

To assume the role of systems administrator for the Undergraduate databases related to medical education to produce and analyse statistical reports.

Responsible for the maintenance and updating the content of the intra/internet site

Responsible for monitoring and restocking information relating to medical student teaching and timetables

Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives and working practices and support the team in initiating the required action plans to progress and achieve outcomes.

Provide administration to assist the Undergraduate Admin Lead and Medical faculty and Clinical Educators with the co-ordination and delivery of effective and efficient medical education services.

The post holder will assist in providing an efficient, effective and comprehensive administration and clinical support service.

Being able to work alone in the office when required.

Ability to work across both hospital site and occasionally attend other venues when required.
