Summary

We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As Fleet Coordinator you will play a crucial role in management of our c1000 vehicles located nationwide ensuring our 30+ regional sites are provided with the support they need with their vehicles and drivers, from routine maintenance and service issues to breakdown and other issues.

The role combines the need for strong organisation skills and attention to detail plus relevant knowledge of fleet management supporting all aspects of service, maintenance and repairs operating in a very busy Fleet office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of fleet services, maintenance and repairs, fuel cards, insurance and compliance documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Support fleet operations ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
• Work closely with our regional offices and depots to ensure vehicle availability as required to ensure effective operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fleet administration
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fleet operations or willingness to learn
