This 210 bedroom-hotel boasts its very own Spindles Health & Leisure Club, which offers guests a variety of health and beauty facilities and treatments to help them relax and feel pampered. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Leisure Club Manager.
As the Leisure Club Manager, you will be required to:
• Conduct a complete operational audit and walk through of the facility at least once a day and be completely up to date with all operational issues.
• Schedule daily and weekly meetings of all levels of club staff, to ensure key activities in attached schedule are carried out effectively.
• Regularly review all club level management reports to effectively monitor club performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of managing a Leisure or fitness facility. You will need to hold a valid Level 2 Fitness Qualification (or equivalent). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills and you will execute the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
