Summary
08.30 – 16.30 – Monday – Friday
We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Planning Coordinator’s to join us, working alongside our Planning Manager to support our continued growth. You’ll executive day-to-day production planning tasks, supporting in administrative and organisational requirements, whilst managing our Customer Services and Sales Teams enquiries. Co-ordinating workload and monitoring and/or adjusting key parameters to enable efficient workflow through production, you’ll have strong Microsoft Excel skills, along with Reflex Data (Mertex) software experience with the ability to understand and manipulate data, concisely and accurately.
Skills and Experience
3+ years’ experience in production planning/scheduling or in purchasing utilising a recognised ERP system
Good knowledge of MRP concepts, processes and systems.
Proficient with MS Office package
Able to manage multiple activities and respond to changing priorities
Highly numerate and proficient at manipulating and presenting data
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Competent with all aspects of administration
Ability to communicate well, including appropriate use of computer software.
Can Do approach - Has enthusiastic drive, showing ambition and self-confidence.
Openness and Integrity - Encourages an environment of openness and honesty.
Proactive team players with strong problem-solving skills
Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing knowledge is highly advantageous
A good eye for detail.
Experienced with Reflex Data (Mertex) software is highly advantageous.
Experienced with SAP software is highly advantageous.
