Summary

As the Digital Employer & Stakeholder Product Lead, you will help manage the digital experience for strategic clients. You will contribute to new employer experiences, aligning it to the Capita pensions digital strategy and identifying gaps to help achieve challenging outcome targets, building digital assets for strategic client users and their stakeholders. You will be a key part of the new digital platform delivery for employers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing, launching, and improving digital products. You will work closely with the Pensions Product Solutions Team and design principles plus wider cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, operational and engagement teams to ensure that the product meets the needs of its users and achieves its business objectives. You may also be expected to manage a digital engagement executive to assist with the delivery of the new platform transition and the day-to-day work once into BAU. Additionally, you'll work closely with the Senior Digital Product Lead and Head of Employer Relations to play a key role within the digital product delivery process.

As the Digital Employer & Stakeholder Product Lead, you'll be expected to work closely with strategic clients and understand their specific digital needs and be able to prioritise these needs to inform the roadmap. You will also collaborate with the program, operational and engagement teams in this role. You will be an enabler for the engagement team by understanding their goals and delivering solutions with IT to cater to areas such as personalisation, segmentation, automated communications, content management, event management, email and SMS tools, campaign-specific web developments, and web chat. This will empower their team to deliver the employer and stakeholder engagement plans.

What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with the wider Digital Product Solutions Team operating within Design standards and aligning strategies
• Working closely with the Head of Employer Relations and wider team.
• Work collaboratively with a team of digital, engagement, and design professionals to deliver digital products for the CSPS transition
• Providing the UX team, projects and direction based on information gathered from operational teams, employers and stakeholders
• Share knowledge and mentor your direct report(s) and others.
• Analyse user feedback to help improve our digital products.
• Develop business cases and user stories for new features.
• Collaborate with the design, engagement and IT teams to draft new/amended products or services.
• Working with key stakeholders to help inform product development.
• Work with project teams and key stakeholders to develop and deliver user-
• solutions within project timeframes and objectives.
• Work closely with IT to understand technical constraints in journeys and help adjust the journey appropriately.
• Manage ongoing design and functional development of strategic client websites
• Collaborate with research lead to conduct website usability testing to review site performance.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in digital products and management. Experienced in collaboration with a variety of teams, ideally in a financial services environment, with an understanding of user needs, GDS standards and accessibility.
• Can demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate information in front of stakeholders from all backgrounds. Helping them understand our vision now and in the future. Being able to appropriately challenge different points of view and work towards an agreed solution.
• You must be analytical and be comfortable reviewing data to identify challenges in journeys and make customer centric decisions. You must be able to clearly articulate issues and work with the UX, operational and IT teams on solutions for compelling journey improvement and drive the activity within the team.
• You need to have confidence in influencing wider teams to buy into the importance of customer centric delivery, influencing wider team members and challenging when needed.
