Summary
Newport West and Newport East Neighbourhood Care Networks have an opportunity for a Practice Pharmacist to work with the 7 practices in the area.
The role includes working in a clinical role in 2 GP practices to meet the strategic health needs of the NCN population.
You will work across a number of practices in Newport city, interacting with a range of healthcare professionals.
There is professional support and engagement with the ABUHB medicines management team, and you can join the ABUHB network of practice pharmacists.
The role will include:
Working with the NCN team and practice staff to address the healthcare needs of the locality.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
