We are currently recruiting an experienced Fostering Independent Reviewing Officer to join us to strengthen and improve our service delivery within our Fostering. You will have the drive and passion to deliver excellent services and improve outcomes, to ensure a positive difference and brighter future for our children and young people and their families/carers.

The role
As a Fostering Independent Reviewing Officer you will be able to confidently independently organise, co-ordinate and chair all Foster Carer Reviews, Allegation Reviews and Cause for Concern meetings to the highest practice standards, to ensure we meet our statutory requirements.

You will ensure all planning arrangements for Looked After Children are of the highest quality and fully compliant. You will regularly complete review reports with clear recommendations regarding suitability to foster.

The Fostering Independent Reviewing Officer also completes case audit reviews and quality assures practice to ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes.
