Summary
My client is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Site Setting out Engineer, for a permanent opportunity.
This is a great opportunity to work for a well established Civil Engineering Firm and progress your career.
Current project is based in Teesside and estimated to last 6 months, likely to be extended.
Ideal candidate will have completed a relevant degree / qualification in civil engineering, and will have some prior site engineering experience.
You will be working alongside, learning and assisting experienced staff (Senior Engineer & 2/3 Engineers) who will encourage and support you as you progress through your career.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience - starting salary is £30 - £35k
Some key responsibilities include...
- Setting Out
- Surveying
- QC
- Liaising with senior management
- Liaising with principal and sub contractors
- Good knowledge of IT based skills - auto cad, excel & outlook.
