Tasks required by this job include:
● To guarantee quality and freshness, source and inspect food sources.
● For tandoori cooking, prepare and marinate meats, fish, and vegetables.
● Tandoor ovens should be operated and maintained to provide safety and ideal cooking temperatures.
● Tandoori meals can be expertly grilled or roasted to produce succulent, savoury results.
● Create and carry out tandoori dishes with originality and precision.
● Teach and oversee kitchen employees in the preparation and cooking of food using tandoori methods.
● Effectively oversee kitchen operations by assigning duties, keeping things tidy, and organising them.
● Respect food safety and hygiene laws, making sure that the workplace is clean.
● Work together with the culinary staff to develop tandoori-inspired menus and specials.
● Keep an eye on stock levels and place orders for supplies when necessary to facilitate tandoori cooking.
