Crystal Electronics are looking for a Bid Manager to join our Earls Barton head office. The Bid management team work within the electrical industry growing business opportunities at a national level.

Salary & Benefits
• Salary of up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience.

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00am till 17:00, can be flexible.

The Role
• Managing and effectively resourcing the bid programme across the business.
• Ensuring the timely production of a bid responses and proposals including SQs, RFPs, ITTs.
• Providing quotations to clients & managing the whole quotation process.
• Manage, coordinate, write and produce quality-focused bids &proposals across the company.
• Draft content and reusable documentation for PQQ / RFI / RFP / ITT / Frameworks and help to improve the existing knowledge base to drive improved productivity.
• Meet monthly KPIs set by the Senior Management Team
• Maintain and develop a thorough & accurate sales database.

Skills & Experience Required
• Excellent Stakeholder management are required within this position.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Bid Co-Ordinator, or similar role would be preferable in the Electrics industry.
• A strong commercial acumen and awareness & experience with a variety of commercial deal structures.
• Ability to manage workload within demanding deadlines.
• Proven experience of submitting successful bids and managing bid process.
• Ability to manage a flexible workload and diary.
• Full & Clean UK driving license is required to travel to client meetings as required.
