Summary
Colbeh as well-known Persian food style is to hire a canape chef (Chef de Partie ) in delivering our exciting and innovative Persian Canape food to cover parties and gatherings such as wedding, business meeting and receptions, events, exhibitions , seminars etc at a high profile of various corporate locations in London and other locations as per clients requirements.
Our 5-star hospitality service reflects the best Canape style starred services ranging from breakfasts to sandwich lunches, canape events and private dining. Canapse
should look sophisticated, taste amazing and be impressive fuss-free to eat without having to spend hours fiddling in the kitchen.
At least 3 years experience in foods industry
To have a positive attitude and respect to all clients.
Ability to have flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends or bank holydays, totally 40 hours per week. Opening and closing hours are based on each the start and closing day of any particular event for which the Sponsor has contracted. Our pattern for this job may vary greatly on the role and each project and event of which the skilled worker will be working , the role and event could be outside of city , or during the day or evening , at any time of the day , however, the total working hours should be split across the days and hours as a standard week of 40 hours
The working hours is based on the shift patterns.
our shift work pattern is such that the chef de partie must take charge of canape food for every type of the the events which include corporate reception, private party, seminar, wedding etc and not only serve the customers until the end of the event,
in any case, his working hours in a week would be 40 hours
- Ability to deliver a consistent foods every time to every clients.
ability to create the menu for Persian Canape
- To have full experience in foods industry marketing with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Be able to undertake the marketing and promotion of Canape foods
- To have a positive attitude and respect to all clients.
- To report the market information to the managements in general/ and Persian foods in particular.
To train other member of team about the canape concept.
