WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our hub locations.

You will be responsible for supporting the embedding of colleague propositions and using data and insights to help determine enhancements and new propositions to attract and retain diverse talent.

Day to day you'll be:

  • Using data and feedback to unpick business issues, emerging colleague needs, systems challenges, and process concerns through comprehensive analysis.​
  • Identify trends and root causes of cultural challenges and help design interventions that address issues effectively and better embed our colleague propositions.​
  • Develop presentation materials, colleague stories, and actionable insights to enable stakeholder engagement.

What we need from you!

  • Work with our Data hub and Colleague insights teams to analysis our people data and insights to develop actionable insights that will influence and shape enhancements to our current and future colleague propositions.​
  • Supports development of user-friendly and innovative events, videos, guides, FAQs, and communication materials to help colleagues, managers and People Partners access policy and proposition guidance when they need to.​
  • Takes responsibility for analysing Workday, Card Swipe, Viv Insights and Glint data, obtaining insights and creating recommendations to further embed existing propositions or develop new policies.​
  • Support internal meetings and external forums by developing engaging PowerPoint presentations, Excel pivot tables and where needed recording actions.​
  • Support the design, planning and delivery of new propositions that help us transform our colleague's experience and attract talent of the future.​
  • Ability to collaborate with other members of the People & Places (HR) team and work autonomously when needed.​
  • Problem solving and curious mindset.
