**About Myself**
I am looking for a 2 Personal Assistants 2:1 to take me out socialising near where I live, in the local Merthyr area.
I am a 15-year-old teenager I have been diagnosed with Global Development Delay and have a rare heart condition called Wolff Parkinson-White Syndrome (my mother will explain more about this). I struggle with my anxiety and repetitiveness.
I spend most of my time at home with my mother and would like a Personal Assistant to take me out for my Mam to have a break and for me to gain confidence in social settings. I like most activities but have to be careful with my heart condition, so its important that anyone who works with me is **CPR trained.**

I love Art and anything creative
* I love listening to music
* And also likes dancing and playing musical instruments
* I like to going out for food.
* I am chatty and like lots of conversation.
Dislikes: -
I dont have any dislikes.
**Working Hours/Pay of Rate **
**2 VACANCIES 2:1 SUPPORT**
6 hours per week term time (39 weeks) - £13.00 per hour
8 hours a week school holidays (13 weeks) - £13.00 per hour ****
Hours need to be flexible to my needs and will be discussed in the interview

**Tasks and Duties **
* I require my personal assistant to take me out of my home environment and get involved with my activities and interests.
* Supporting me on a 2:1 basis
* Support and encourage my independence where possible, and preserve my personal sense of well-being
* Support and encourage me out within my local community
* Any other reasonable tasks required

**TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED**
A person with patience, who understands the complex needs I have
* A person with a positive can-do attitude
* A person with a chatty and easy-going manner
* A person who is dependable and arrives on time
* A person who respects the privacy and confidentiality
* A person with a positive commitment to this kind of work
* A car owner / driver
* Person who are looking for a long-term commitment to remain in this job, to build a good professional relationship with me
