Summary
Collaborate with the senior nursing team to prioritise workloads and work seamlessly with team members to meet the needs of patients and families Work within the designated Keech locality team and wider childrens service to maintain effective communication with children, young people, their families and colleagues Collaborate with a range of professionals to meet the needs of patients and families, promoting awareness of the services provided by Keech Hospice Care Take reasonable care of your health and safety and that of others, cooperating with the Hospice to adhere to statutory and departmental regulations Act as an advocate.
