The difference you'll make:
- Developing Java backend services as per Jira User stories requirements and take e2e ownership of the work
- Providing guidance to Product Tech teams during technical challenges emerging in development phase.
- Extending support to Production Support teams during Production Incidents as and when they arise.
- Identifying areas of improvement in and around product ecosystem and suggest ideas related to tuning of the various components in the product ecosystem
What you'll bring:
- Experience in development, Junit testing and integration of applications using Java & J2EE, hibernate (ORM), Spring Boot, Micro services, Spring Cloud, mainframes, and client / server environment taking into consideration the coding standards for the given architecture/platform.
- Experience of working in e2e integration tests and formulate feedback including recommendation for action.
- Knowledge in agile software development practices (Unit testing, Test Driven Development and CI/CD) and Basic understanding on Public Cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
- Excellent communication skills and highly motivated to learn and grow in the Organisation.
- Experience building API and Micro services.
- Experience working with Spring Framework and Message Queues
It would also be nice for you to have:
- Experience of working on digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge on Cards domain and card issuer authorisations processing.
- Experience of supporting CAT A system and working in self-sufficient teams.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace and KIBANA/ GitHub or Stack Overflow contributions

1st Stage - Technical Interview - this will a 30min technical interview with one of the team
2nd Stage - A one-hour formal interview where we will ask both technical and competency-based questions. This can be done virtually or face to face depending on your situation.
