An opportunity has arisen for a In house Support Technician to join the IT department of JMR Solicitors Limited Offices, provide IT support to the Senior Members, partners and fee earners.
Entry Requirements:
The successful candidate must hold an internationally recognised degree in IT and have experience of two years of working in the IT Field and at least 2 years work experience.
Required Experience:
• Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team and independently as required
• Motivated, well organised, flexible with a can-do attitude
• Ability to deal with competing priorities to meet deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities and Duties:
The confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment.
Good organisational, time management and IT skills.
Dynamic approach to be able to work individually and within a collective team environment.
Possess excellent communication skills, internal and external, written and vocal.
High level of accuracy and very strong attention to detail, a target-driven personality.
Responsible for any repair or maintenance work that needs to be done by the client. Unlike an independent technician, this job is typically more stable.
Ability to Maintain and build of Case Management Systems:
Ability to ensure the Document Management systems run smoothly.
Ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.
Able to analyse large volumes of digital data.
Ability to ensure that Cybersecurity is up-to-date
Ensure that the Legal Analytics are up to date
Ensuring the Compliance and Regulatory Technology are in working order
